The book was a traditional chicklit!
Very cutesy and funny in parts, nothing over the top!
Although there was one pretty big surprise in the end ;)
I did my best to steer clear of the movie trailers
until I developed how I thought the characters looked,
but halfway through the book I saw the trailer
and I have to admit,
the characters they picked to play
Dex, Rachel and Darcy
were pretty darn close to how I pictured them!
There were a few subtle changes they made in the movie,
they replaced Rachel's coworker/friend
with her good friend Ethan,
who in the book lives in London.
I personally preferred that
because Ethan's character was hilarious!
It doesn't seem like this movie got the best reviews
(like most dramatic comedies)
and might be making an exit from the theaters
after this week,
but I was happy to see if and get a few laughs :)
I think it makes one of those great
curl up on a couch with your girl friends
or a date night in with the hubs (when it's your pick ;)
so if you didn't get a chance to see it in the theater,
make sure to Redbox it or get it on Netflix
when it makes it's DVD/Blu-Ray debut!

Looks good!! I always love Kate Hudson! Would you say its worth paying the $10.50 at the theaters?? Or rent it when it comes out??
